These terms explain how you may use Rezgen, what your account is responsible for, and how resume, job parsing, and AI features are handled.

• Service use: Rezgen provides profile management, job posting parsing, ATS guidance, AI-assisted optimization, resume generation, and export tools.
• Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for reviewing all activity performed with your credentials.
• Truthful content: You must review and approve every resume claim. You may not use Rezgen to invent skills, jobs, dates, education, certifications, or experience.
• No employment guarantee: Rezgen does not guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, ATS outcomes, employment, compensation, or career results.
• Acceptable use: You may not use the service for fraud, misrepresentation, scraping abuse, security attacks, unlawful activity, or content that violates third-party rights.

This policy summarizes what data is collected, how it is used, and which providers may process it to operate the application.

• Data we collect: We may collect account, profile, resume, job posting, settings, usage log, security, and billing-state data.
• Payments: The payment provider processes payment methods, invoices, subscriptions, and disputes. Rezgen does not store full card numbers.
• AI and resumes: AI requests may include profile, resume, job description, and supporting evidence needed to generate recommendations.
• No data selling: Rezgen does not sell user data. Data is shared with providers only as needed to operate the product.
• Retention and deletion: Data is retained while accounts are active and as needed for security, billing, audit, dispute, support, or legal purposes.

These terms explain how paid plans, monthly renewal, billing management, and plan changes work.

• Recurring billing: Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider and renew until the subscription is canceled.
• Secure payments: Our payment provider may handle payment methods, invoices, taxes, receipts, failed payments, and the customer portal.
• Plan access: Plan access updates after the payment provider confirms an active subscription and the billing sync updates the account.
• Cancellation: Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue through the end of the current billing period depending on plan configuration.
• Changes: Prices, limits, and features may change with notice. Upgrades, downgrades, prorations, and failed payments follow the active payment and plan configuration.

This policy explains that purchases are final and how cancellations, unused time, and disputes are handled.

• Final sales: All sales are final. Rezgen does not provide refunds for subscriptions, AI usage, credits, partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental purchases.
• Cancellations: Canceling prevents future renewals, but it does not reverse previous charges or create an automatic refund.
• Unused access: Unused limits, unused credits, or remaining access in a paid period do not create refund eligibility.
• Disputes: This policy does not prevent card network disputes or chargebacks. Rezgen may provide evidence such as terms acceptance, account activity, invoices, and usage logs.
